● If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.

● In case of early departure, charges for the unused nights are non-refundable.

6. Peak Season / Special Dates

● During long weekends, festivals, holidays, and peak-season dates, bookings are non-refundable.
